Langs het mooie zwembad zijn diverse natuurwandelingen mogelijk.

Deze Bed and Breakfast is bijzonder geschikt voor stellen en gezinnen.
In de kamers zult u zich meteen thuis voelen, allemaal met eigen badkamer en uitgerust met enorme douches met regenwaterval, haardroger en gratis toiletartikelen.

De kamers zijn ingericht met eikenhouten vloeren en uitgerust met airconditioning en een plasma-tv met satellietverbinding.

De geografische ligging is strategisch om snel vele kunststeden te bereiken: Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Florence, Motepulciano, Pienza, Laterina, Loro Ciuffenna.

In anderhalf uur bereikt u vele steden van Umbrië Todi, Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia en ook het meer van Trasimeno.

Voor gasten wordt een magnetische kaart uitgegeven om de hoofdingang te openen die exclusief is gereserveerd voor gasten van het landhuis en toegang tot de kamer.

In de gemeenschappelijke ruimte wordt een uitgebreid continentaal ontbijtbuffet geserveerd, met de mogelijkheid om op uw kamer of in de tuin te ontbijten.

Voor de lunch of het diner ontvangt u suggesties voor routes in typische restaurants waar u typische gerechten uit de Toscaanse keuken kunt proeven.
