Positie : de boerderij is een echte Toscaanse droom gelegen in de heuvels van het natuurpark. De heuvel achter het pand en rondom het hele pand bestaat uit cipressen en natuurlijke Alberese rotsformaties.

Het pand : is omgeven door olijfbomen en de familie van de eigenaren zet de traditie voort die de olijfolie van de boerderij tot een van de beste in Toscane maakt. Het land rond ongeveer 5 hectare is in zijn natuurlijke staat gehouden, zodat alle planten overvloedig bloeien: van rode klaprozen tot gele calendula's, van violette anemonen tot de iris en tulpen langs de randen van de stenen muren.

Interieur : de gebouwengroep bestaat uit een 13e eeuwse boerderij verdeeld in vier appartementen met een gemeubileerde buitenruimte, naast zowel een eigen als gemeenschappelijke entree een middeleeuwse toren, verdeeld in twee luxe appartementen met elk een eigen buitenruimte.

Bij het zwembad ligt een klein, onafhankelijk studiofeest verscholen tussen de olijfbomen met een eigen tuin en barbecue. Het pand is de meest artistieke renovatie die je ooit hebt gezien. De appartementen zijn volledig gerestaureerd en ingericht met antiek. De meeste appartementen zijn uitgerust met satelliettelevisie, airconditioning en een jacuzzi. Er is ook een zwembad.

The Farmhouse organiseert proeverijen, lunches, diners op reservering en kan evenementen organiseren zoals bruiloften, verjaardagen, afstudeerfeesten en zelfs zakelijke bijeenkomsten.

NB.: Het restaurant werkt alleen op reservering, in de omgeving zijn er typisch Toscaanse restaurants en trattoria.
