Het pand maakt deel uit van de boerderij, traditioneel gewijd aan de teelt van het platteland waar het eeuwenlang heeft geleefd, die het hebben geherstructureerd tot een agrotoerisme met behoud van de typische kenmerken van de oorspronkelijke boerderijen en de karakteristieke Toscaanse gewassen.

Het pand maakt deel uit van de boerderij, traditioneel gewijd aan de teelt van het platteland waar het eeuwenlang heeft geleefd, die het hebben geherstructureerd tot een agrotoerisme met behoud van de typische kenmerken van de oorspronkelijke boerderijen en de karakteristieke Toscaanse gewassen.

Op de top van de heuvel, op een dominante positie, bevindt zich de boerderij waaruit de vijf appartementen zijn ontstaan waarin we u graag verwelkomen, de mooie ontvangst, het zwembad van waaruit u kunt genieten van een spectaculair panorama vanaf San Gimignano naar de Apuaanse Alpen en een grote tuin met ruimtes uitgerust met tafels en barbecues, mountainbikes. De appartementen zijn voorzien van terracotta vloeren en plafonds met balken en bakstenen, typerend voor de Toscaanse architectuur.

We hebben drie appartementen op de begane grond met eigen loggia (Glicine, Edera, Girasole) en twee appartementen op de eerste verdieping met buitenruimte op de begane grond beschikbaar voor alle gasten. Alle accommodaties hebben onafhankelijke verwarming / ventilator, satelliet-tv, wifi.

Op een paar kilometer afstand en gemakkelijk bereikbaar zowel met de auto als met de trein zijn alle grote kunststeden van Toscane en vele charmante kleinere steden, die u zullen betoveren met hun schoonheid en verscheidenheid aan kleuren en smaken.
