Deze boerderij met zwembad en manege ligt op het Toscaanse platteland in de gemeente Montaione, vlakbij Florence, op enkele kilometers van de belangrijkste kunststeden van Toscane, zoals: Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo of Vinci.

Er zijn veel sportvoorzieningen in de boerderij: tennisveld, voetbalveld, volleybalveld, jeu de boulesveld en tafeltennistafel. Onze residentie is tweehonderd hectare groot. De appartementen van de residentie (agriturismo) zijn uitgerust in Toscaanse stijl met alle comfort die u nodig heeft: airconditioning, vaatwasser, TV-sat. Gratis WiFi in elke slaapkamer.

Tijdens uw vakantie in Toscane kunt u heerlijk ontspannen in het grote panoramische zwembad, dat 340 m² groot is en voorzien is van zout water en hydromassage. Uw kinderen spelen ondertussen in het kinderzwembad of in het wildpark. U kunt golfen in de nabijgelegen "Golf Club", of u gaat paardrijden in het nabijgelegen paardencentrum. U huurt mountainbikes voor uw excursies of u besluit een aperitief te nuttigen in Montaione, Volterra, San Gimignano.

“We had a trilo on the first floor with view over the valley.That means 3 bedrooms. Very spacious appartment. Terrace was covered which is really needed in summer. Pool was great and well maintained and had 4 chairs for each appartment. More than enough since many people make day visits. Rental (good quality) bikes available. The airco (50 eur per week) was excellent. Storage room for bikes. I would say that most of the facilities you can think of are available. The view from our terrace and the swimming pool was gorgeous. Sunset overlooking the valley is magnificent.”
