Positie : de boerderij, op slechts 900 mt. van het historische stadje Montepulciano, is zeer recentelijk gerestaureerd en opengesteld voor gasten. Het ligt in het hart van Toscane, vlakbij Siena, San Gimignano, Perugia, Pienza en Monticchiello, niet ver van Montalcino en San Galgano.

De boerderij biedt diensten van hoge kwaliteit in een werkelijk magische sfeer. Het pand is volledig gerenoveerd met behoud van de originele, met de hand bewerkte steen uit de 17e eeuw. De suites en zelfstandige appartementen zijn uitgerust met alle moderne voorzieningen (jacuzzi, airconditioning, satelliet-tv, internetverbinding).

Elke badkamer is gemaakt met elegante en kostbare details (natuurstenen en mozaïeken, ik mozaïeki de Bisazza-edelstenen, 'greche' gemaakt door lokale ambachtslieden, handgemaakte lampen uit Murano, allemaal unieke stukken).

Het meubilair is bijna volledig origineel uit de 18e eeuw, de deuren in kastanjehout zijn echte meesterwerken en in elke suite/appartement is er een open haard gemaakt met lokale steen en hout bewerkt door lokale kunstenaars.
