Oud dorp gelegen in Toscane, op een strategische locatie tussen de beroemdste kunststeden (Florence, Pisa, Lucca en Siena), omgeven door groene natuurlijke schoonheid. Dicht bij het middeleeuwse stadje San Miniato, op de top van een heuvel, met uitzicht op een betoverende vallei, is het een paradijs op aarde voor landschapsliefhebbers.

Het pand bestaat uit een indrukwekkende villa uit de 17e eeuw, een prachtige Italiaanse tuin en een gezellige, romantische neogotische kapel. Daarbij 10 comfortabele appartementen en een sfeervolle ontbijtruimte, gelegen op de plek waar vroeger kelder en stal waren. Om te ontspannen een binnenplaats met tuintafels en stoelen en een prachtig uitzicht; een geweldig zwembad met jacuzzi, omgeven door de Toscaanse natuur.
