“Sympathique masseria, ambiance agréable”

Appartement pour 4 de belle taille, hôtes chaleureux, très bien situé au point de rencontre des différents sites d'intérêt du Salento (Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, les plages...). Ambiance détendue, on vit la ''dolce vita'', on vous laisse votre intimité et votre tranquillité. Ne surtout pas rater les soirées gastronomiques, la nourriture est typique et délicieuse, et l'ambiance est géniale.

L'équipement de cuisine pourrait être un peu plus complet (pas de tire-bouchon, ni de dessous de plat... feux de gazinière longs à chauffer...) mais on s'arrange et les hôtes dépannent gentiment et sans problème.

Le lieu est très beau et typique, situé à seulement 15 min d otranto et 25 min de lecce. Le petit déjeuner fait maison avec la ricotta fraîche délicieux et copieux. Les maisons sont très jolies et agréables avec une petite terrasse extérieure.

Lieu superbe, gîtes restaurés avec beaucoup de goût, extérieur spacieux pour les jeux des enfants, équipement simple et essentiel pour un gîte de vacances. Propriétaires disponibles et à l'écoute, très sympathiques. Le potager à disposition a été apprécié, ainsi que le repas et le concert du dimanche. Même les chiens sont adorables. Parfait pour des parents (et grands-parents)avec des enfants pour la présence des animaux, la proximité de la(des) mer-s, tout l'espace autour des gîtes pour jouer, courir...

Aucun, c'était génial, des vacances superbes, malgré le temps pas très beau les premiers jours.

Visiter le château de Corigliano, écouter la musique de la famille, visiter, visiter.....TOUT. Les Pouilles et le Salento sont un enchantement de tous les jours!

Our room and private bath were clean and serviceable. The breakfast was unbelievably good and reminded me of my grandmother's cooking!

We had a difficult time finding the place and got very lost because streets were not marked.

“Wonderful, Relaxing Stay”

Very quiet. Comfortable bedroom with an outside kitchen which had everything that we needed. We had a wonderful dinner with the family and the other guests.

None.

Corigliano, with some very good restaurants, is a short stroll away. Otranto is 25 minutes to the east; Gallipoli 45 minutes to the west.

I booked Corigliano d'Otranto 777 looking for an off the beaten track experience and to get away from the fast pace of life we all lead today. It certainly met all of my expectations. The location was perfect, within easy reach of all of the local attractions and although close to the highway and railway maintains a aura of peace and tranquility. Hosts Ursula and Rocco could not do eoungh for us and we we lucky enough to be able to join for Sunday lunch which was feast of home produced delicacies and lasted the whole afternoon. Pefect!

I can't give any negative comments as for me it was perfect but would like to stress that the accommodation is comfortable with all that you need, it is rustic and authentic for the region, no polished marble or fountains here,

“A very nice atmosphere among the olive trees”

The accomodation is charming and rustic. The owner are very nice and the dinners that they organise are great.

Some people might find the accomodation too rustic, but that's personal. It is not really convenient to walk to town, so you basically always have to take your car.

Don't miss the friendly and delicious meal organised at the agrotourismo.

There's a second possibility, a few hundred metres longer, but nicer. We would like to improve the access, but unfortunatly this is not in our hand.

Le site est magnifique : plusieurs locations dispersées sur la propriété, des animaux (ânes, chiens) en liberté dans de grands espaces, la possibilité de s'en occuper, d'aller les voir, de les caresser, des légumes à récolter avant de les déguster, des hôtes vraiment sympas et très à l'écoute, des petits déjeuners gargantuesques et excellents, des repas copieux, toute une culture partagée avec passion... merci :)

proximité du village, situation dans le salento, bonne cuisine et gentillesse de Franseco.

A notre arrivée, accueil fait par un enfant, les propriétaires étant absents. Très peu de contacts avec les propriétaires occupés à recevoir des classes et à participer aux élections. Déco de la chambre vieillote et pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jourssur 3 jours de présence.

Nous pensons que le problème n'étaient pas les élections ou notre fils à l'arrivée ou les écoles qui nous accuillons comme ferme pédagogique, mais le fait que j'ai du ospitaliser ma mère d'urgence au l'hopital exactement dans ces jours et que je n'ai pas eu le temps pour me dédier à vous. C'est très difficile tenir la meme qualité dans ces cas. Nous sommes désolés et nous nous excusons. Avec nos meilleures salutations, Ursula.

Un gîte simple et confortable, en pierre, avec une agréable terrasse. Nos enfants ont pu explorer le site en toute sécurité, être au contact des animaux, jouer a avec la voiture à pédales. Notre séjour à été trop court, quelle tristesse de quitter Ursula et Rocco, si attachants. Merci pour votre accueil. J'ai renoué avec des souvenirs d'enfance à la ferme, en assistant à la traite... merci pour m'avoir appris à traire les chèvres.

Accueil très chaleureux, repas pris sur place excellents, ambiance très familiale et détendue. Nous avons rencontré d'autres voyageurs aussi ravis que nous de leur séjour chez Rocco.

Je ne trouve pas de point négatif à développer...

Le potager de la ferme est à disposition des vacanciers, courgettes, aubergines, tomates, poivrons cueillis juste avant d'être jetés dans la poêle, un régal !

Ursula and Rocco are very nice and relax, they can help you with all sort of things.

When you visit in august it can be very hot, also in the house. If you can't stand the heat visit before or after august.

Don't miss the dinners on the agriturismo. Also visit Lecce. Its a beautiful city and most people are very nice.

La gentillesse et la générosité de Rocco et de son épouse, le potager de légumes (courgettes, tomates, aubergines, basilic) dans la propriété et auquel nous avions accès. Très bons produits locaux et petits déjeuners délicieux. Détente assurée dans une ambiance très conviviale avec les concerts du week-end dans le théâtre reconstitué, découverte de la musique locale et rencontres enrichissantes.

Les aboiements des chiens le soir ou au petit matin

N'hésitez pas à discuter avec Rocco qui vous parlera avec émotion de la pizzica, de son musée des pierres qu'il a construit dans sa propriété, goûtez à son bon vin, son huile d'olive excellente, sa confiture, ses bons légumes que vous pourrez cuisiner dans votre gîte et déguster à la belle étoile, ne manquez sous aucun prétexte les concerts du samedi soir où vous sympathiserez avec les autres touristes de l'agriturisme, où vous découvrirez des musiciens et chanteurs locaux. A proximité visitez Lecce et Corigliano, les magnifiques plages de la côte adriatique (baia dei turchi) ou ionienne. Corigliano d'Otranto est très bien placé pour découvrir la région de Salento et c'est à regret que vous quitterez cet endroit où le temps semble s'arrêter de tourner...

Point de départ pratique pour rayonner sdans la région. Accueil, amabilité, serviabilité irréprochables. Un petit déjeuner comme on en voit rarement ! Propriété très agréable. La saison (début avril) ne permet pas de goûter aux diverses activités, que l'on suppose passionnantes. Et en plus, le propriétaire et sa famille parlent le grico-italico... (une piste à explorer lors d'un autre séjour!).

Hors saison, penser à avoir des adresses de restaurants à disposition pour des jours comme le lundi, où ils sont très très rares à être ouverts.

Savourez les produits de la ferme. En été, prenez votre temps pour déjeuner sur le pas de la porte. N'excitez pas les chiens, qui sont très gentils, mais n'en restent pas moins d'excellents gardiens ! Le Mans(France)

le site est peu attractif entre la 4 voies et le chemin de fer bordant la petite ville triste de corigliano. ce n'est pas vraiment la campagne et les champs d'oliviers.

Commentaar van de Eigenaar ...è normale che il nostro posto non può essere il massimo per tutti. In questo caso ci teniamo soltanto a precisare che secondo noi la coppia Jehan sicuramente non ha mai visitato il suggestivo centro storico di Corigliano d'Otranto con le tipiche case a corte e l'enorme castello, con la sua accoglienza particolare e una notevole offerta gastronomia tra le antiche mura del paese. Corigliano d'Otranto si trova nell'elenco dei borghi più belli d'Italia... La perifera che hanno visto i nostri ospiti può essere anche meno attraente, come spesso. SALUTIAMO TUTTI!!

“Great experience of agritourism in Italy!!!!”

Had an experience of living on a real farm for the first time. The accomodation itself - a house with a several separate entrances - is designed in a very smart way, so that every family/company is isolated, having own kitchen, outside dinner table, chairs to sit out, e.g. everything possible required not feeling neighbours presence. There is number of animals living on the farm - horses, donkeys, sheep and dogs, also you may collect greens for yourself from the farm garden. Special words about dinners - they are held every other day and are absolutely must to attend. All food is made of farm products, there is quite a variety, it's delicious (Francesco, the cook, is really best of all) and what's most important - lovely owners make it feel like family dinner. there is drinking house wine, singing, dancing and it's absolutely unique experience of Salento. You would never feel anything like this staying in a hotel or appartment. Rocco, the owner, deserves many many praises. He's the one who makes the place have its unique atmosphere of Italian multinational family, have every guest feel so welcome here and very relaxed.

Air-conditioner would have been nice. There is a town just across the road and couple of nights we heard karaoke singing very close.

Car is a must have. Since the farm is between 2 coasts it makes in perfect location for visiting both Adriatic and Ionic coasts for sightseeing and beaches. Also take your time to visit Coriglano d'Otranto, which is just across the road. Tiny, but lovely town with own castle and number of nicest restaurants. For those interested in shopping, you would want to Maglie, which is just 5 km away from the place.

Lovely property and very friendly owners. We felt like we were visiting family. Puglia is a wonderful part of Italy and the farm was central to the places we wanted to visit. We had such a good experience, we stayed in Agrituismo sites for the rest of our vacation.

Kitchen not very well equipped although adequate for simple meals.

Great beach nearby-just north of Otranto.

Unterkünfte einfach, geräumig und sauber. Personal und Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viel Platz zum Spielen, Entdecken, Relaxen, Grillen, Schwatzen etc. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet. Auf der Anlage, einem alten Bauernhof, stehen viele Bäume, die den Aufenthalt auch in der Hitze angenehm machen. Ich hatte nach einem Tag den Alltagsstress ganz vergessen, und es folgten noch fast drei Wochen! An manchen Abenden wird das Restaurant geöffnet, und alle sitzen an einer gemeinsamen Tafel. Und manchmal gibt es Volksmusik aus dem Salent dazu. HIn und wieder auch spannt der Inhaber den Pferdewagen für die Kinder an, oder sie dürfen auf einem der beiden Esel (oder gar dem Motorrad ...) reiten. Das Örtchen Corigliano d'Otranto ist einen Fußmarsch entfernt, für den Einkauf, auf einen caffé oder ein Eis. Wer im Urlaub eine durchgestylte Hotelanlage mit Pool oder Events und Animation will, ist auf der Kinderfreundliche Erholung pur Commento pos.: Unterkünfte einfach, geräumig und sauber. Maison isolée au milieu des collines dont reposant mais pas d'animation touristique pour ceux qui en sont friands

Goutez au moins une fois le repas du soir pris avec les autres locataires sur la table familiale , vous pourrez exercer votre italien ou votre anglais . Demandez des indications pour les ballades à pied accessibles à partir de la maison.

Beautifully renovated buildings, lots of space to roam with kids who loved the resident animals. Walking distance into the local town although the accommadation felt very rural. Very friendly owners

Limited options to buy food in town and to eat (although maybe better in summer) stone buildings never quite warm enough for January weather.

get the owner to let you try the goats milk ricotta, made fresh each morning and delicious apricot jam.
