Zelf geproduceerde olie IGP : van onze olijven, geplukt volgens traditionele en natuurlijke methoden, komt een van de meest gerenommeerde en gewilde oliën in heel Toscane.

De kwaliteit en onderscheidende eigenschappen van onze extra vierge olie zijn het gevolg van de grote verscheidenheid aan eeuwenoude bomen en de uitstekende klimatologische en morfologische omstandigheden van het gebied.

Eigen geproduceerde wijn : de boerderij en wijngaarden zijn te vinden in de regio die bekend staat als u2018Chianti delle colline pisaneu2019 (Chianti van de heuvels van Pisa).

Onze wijnen zijn geaccrediteerd met het merk IGT en worden al meer dan dertig jaar in onze kelder geproduceerd met San Giovese, Trebbiano, Malvasia en Canaiolo-druiven.

Grappa, vinsanto (zoete witte rozijnenwijn), jam, kaas, pasta : binnen de structuur kunt u proberen persoonlijk geproduceerde vinsanto, grappa, evenals de meer gerenommeerde Toscaanse wijnen en een verscheidenheid aan typische producten zoals jam, honing, kaas, pasta, etc.

U kunt onze wijnen ook proberen in het restaurant of direct bij de appartementen.

“Tente lodge super avec tout le nécessaire entourée de verdure , endroit parfait pour nos deux chiens qui ont pu s amusés . Petits déjeuners très bons avec des produits frais ( yaourts, fromage , confiture miel ) Luccia la propriétaire est d une extrême gentillesse elle nous a donné des conseils pour les visites et nous a proposé un appartement car il a beaucoup plu la nuit et énormément de bruit sous notre tente ! Mais nous sommes restées sous la tente pour nos chiens .un soir elle nous a proposé un lunch froid sous notre tente car pas assez de monde de faire le repas prévu les mardis et jeudis .”

“Nous avons eu un magnifique séjour chez Lucia! Elle est d’une grande gentillesse et a une joie de vivre contagieuse. Ses produits sont délicieux, notamment l’huile d’olive qui n’a rien à voir avec celle du commerce, c’est de la grande qualité! Le site est magnifique et est central en Toscane si bien qu’il est facile de visiter plusieurs destinations en moins d’une heure de route. Nous avons notamment eu un coup de coeur pour la ville de Peccioli située à 20 min du gite. L’emplacement est idéal avec le calme et la beauté de la campagne jumelés à la proximité des villes et des sites touristiques. Bref, c’est le meilleur des deux mondes! Je recommanderais à quiconque, ce sera un coup de coeur assuré! Essayez le cours de fabrication de pâtes, ce qui fut une magnifique expérience pour nous!”

“Wir waren mit der Unterkunft und dem Kontakt zur Gastgeberin sehr zufrieden. Luccia ist sehr offen und freundlich. Sie hat uns zahlreiche Tipps für Wanderungen, Restaurants, Kochkurs und andere Aktiivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben. Sie hat für uns bei der Umsetzung und Reservierung geholfen. Wir hatten von unserem Zimmer aus einen sehr schönen Blick in die Landschaft der Toscana. Die Unterkunft und das sehr große Außengelände ist sehr ruhig gelegen, fernab von jedwedem Straßenlärm. Der Swimmingpool hat eine beachtliche Größe, liegt wunderbar direkt hinter dem Haus auf einer kleinen Anhöhe mit tollem Blick in die Landschaft. Wir waren Ende April da, da war das Wasser des Pools noch recht kalt.Luccia und ihr Partner sind gerade dabei einen Weinkeller für künftige Weinverkostungen aufzubauen. Der Bau steht kurz vor der Fertigstellung und wir durften uns das Innere mit den Einrichtungen schon mal anschauen. Das macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, ist ästhetisch modern und geschmackvoll gestaltet (klare architektonische Linienführung, schickes Mobiliar, tolle Ausblicke in die Landschaft). Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder für eine Weinprobe.”

“Nice breakfast with fresh fruits and Good coffee! Beautifull scenery and nice big pool where relax and Enjoy sun and nature. They made and sold also great olive oil and exellent wine. “Set atop a rolling hillside with 360 degree views, it is the perfect way to experience the Tuscany lifestyle. Lucia is the best possible host, making one feel right at home. Their wine is amazing and breakfasts delicious. Their are comfortable walks around the 39 acre property as well as around the entire hillside.
