Het gebouw is een oude boerenschuur, met de originele structuur in perfect bewaard gebleven zichtbare steen, ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen, waarin 4 appartementen zijn gecreëerd: Ambra, Acquamarina, Ametista en Giada, allemaal met onafhankelijke ingangen, elk verdeeld over twee verdiepingen en verdeeld in woon- en slaapgedeelten, met uitzondering van Acquamarina dat geheel gelijkvloers is en beschikt over 2 slaapkamers.

De nauwkeurige renovatie, met uitstekende afwerking en antiek meubilair, combineert comfort met landelijke sfeer; elk appartement heeft een eigen ingang, slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, woonkamer met volledig uitgeruste kookhoek (koelkast, gasfornuis, elektrische oven en magnetron), tweepersoonsslaapbank, mezzanine met futon en een badkamer met douche.

Alle appartementen hebben onafhankelijke verwarming en airconditioning en zijn voorzien van keukengerei en huishoudelijke artikelen, evenals satelliettelevisie en een kluisje, beschikbaarheid van wasruimte met gratis wasmachine.

Op 50 meter. van de boerderij, na het gebied dat is gereserveerd voor de ezel Pepe en de geiten Lola en Ciro, is een groen gebied beschikbaar voor gasten, ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen. Het is een gebied van rust en absolute ontspanning met een prachtig uitzicht op zee, omringd door olijfbomen, bedekt met mediterrane flora en typische bloemen; uitgerust met een barbecuetafel met stoelen en ligbedden, evenals schommels en spelletjes voor kinderen.
