Romantische villa in het hart van Toscane, met prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels, vlakbij de stad Vicchio in Mugello. Strategische positie om gemakkelijk Florence, het Bilancinomeer en het internationale Mugello-circuit te bereiken.

Deze woning bestaat uit zes rustieke appartementen, volledig uitgerust en voorzien van verwarming voor de winterperiode.

Het bijzondere zwembad in de woonboerderij is vanuit alle woningen goed bereikbaar en omgeven door een prachtig privépark.

In het vakantiehuis kunnen gasten gebruikmaken van het zwembad dat geopend is van 15 mei tot 30 september, een solarium en een tafeltennistafel. Ze kunnen dan ontspannen door te wandelen in de omgeving midden in de natuur.
Op verzoek en tegen een vergoeding kunnen typisch Toscaanse diners direct in de accommodatie worden georganiseerd. Doordeweeks worden af en toe en vrijblijvend tuinproducten aangevoerd: tomaten, komkommers en courgettes.

In de directe omgeving van de appartementen kunt u diverse activiteiten ondernemen, zoals begeleide bezoeken aan kelders met wijn- en olieproeverijen, paardrijcursussen en paardrijden.
Voor liefhebbers van sportieve activiteiten zijn er wandelroutes op basis- en gevorderd niveau beschikbaar, sportvissen aan het Viola-meer, tennisbanen, 18-holes golfbaan - Poggio dei Medici Golf Club, mountainbikeroutes en een fietspad dat langs de rivier de Sieve loopt en Vicchio met elkaar verbindt naar Borgo San Lorenzo.

Op enkele kilometers van het vakantiehuis vindt u het beroemde Mugello International Circuit.
