We just loved everything about the place! And as being within walking distance to Vicchio, everything was in easy reach even without the need for a car. Even a wineyard with winetasting was within walking distance.

Pas de points négatifs concernant la maison, mais la nuit, la fréquentation de la route en contrebas génère un peu de bruit. Quelques promenades à proximité : Scarperia, Barberino... maison de Ghiotto.... Ne pas manquer La Casa del Prosciutto pour ses antipasti le dimanche et pour les délicieuses tartes, à emporter ou à consommer sur les tables à l'extérieur. 9 Lees hier de complete beoordeling Un très grand appartement de caractère qui garde la fraîcheur, un charme fou, une piscine formidable. Le silence du site. Des propriétaires charmants et discrets. Les matériaux : dallages rustiques des sols et peinture des murs de la cuisine sont difficiles à nettoyer mais ces anciens dallages sont tellement beaux ! Une des chambres est mitoyenne avec un autre appartement et les bruits passent à travers les murs. Cette location nous a beaucoup plu. Elle allie nature avec le parc naturel très proche, sport avec la piscine et visite touristique à Florence et environs. Toegewezen punten

La piscine a été construite en béton armé et fini avec un produit trés cher.L' état de propreté de l' établissement est controlée deux fois par jour.Le chlore dilué dans l' eau est celui prevu par la normative européenne. La profondeur de la piscine est de 1, 20 metres constant (clairement indiquée dans les descriptions) spécifiquement pour éviter de plonger et des dangereuses plongées. Elle est apte à nager. Piqures d' araignée : il est surprenant que des parents qui savent que leur fils ont des allergies spécifiques au piqures d' insectes, les conduisent en vacance ou se trouvent beaucoup d' insectes qui peuvent piquer. La distance de Firenze est de 34 km soit dans notre déscription soit dans les cartes routières. Les sont indiquées par les photos qui ne sont pas retouchées. Nous avons délibérément gardé les conditions de simplicité et d' antiquité de l' appartement Limone, qui en autre est meublé avec des meubles d' antiquariat farncais, pas notés par le client. Le client a crée pas mal de problémes, soit avant de la réservation que pendant la négotiation, en modifiant les dates à plusieurs reprises et en demandant en continuation des réductions pour differentes raisons. Je suis désolée par les mots de ces clients car la différence entre cet avis, intentionnellement mauvais, et les autre avis qui varient allant de modérée à trés bon est évidente. Il est facile d' interpréter cette évaluation pour avoir refusé au client une réduction pas concordé.Pour cette ulterieure réduction le client nous a aussi proposé un paiement en espèces, pour éviter le document fiscal et permettre un paiement sans impot.
