“Pied à terre idéal pour visiter la région”

L’endroit est idéalement situé pour découvrir la region : à la fois suffisamment isolé pour être au calme mais à moins d’une heure des grands centres d’intérêts (Florence, Sienne, Volterra, San Giminiano) et a proximité des commerces (supermarché, restaurants) La maison et le jardin sont très agréables à vivre. On se sent vite comme chez soi et on aimerait rester plus longtemps !

Aucun aspect négatif n’est venu déranger notre séjour

Anfahrt: Schriftliche Anfahrtbeschreibung war irreführend. Hätten gleich einen Google-Link nutzen sollen. Bettdecken: Decken auf den Laken (zum Zudecken) waren ziemlich alt und abgenutzt.

Mooie locatie, met prima zwembad. Agriturismo is een mooi oude boerderij met dikke muren die zorgen voor koelte. Wij zaten in appartement A. Zwembad is net voldoende gezin het aantal appartementen die er zijn. Je kunt niet direct bij het zwembad liggen, aangezien het zwembad dmv een hek is afgesloten. De tuin rondom kan net het aantal gasten aan. Niet alle appartementen hebben direct uitzicht op zwembad. Agriturismo ligt dicht bij mooie steden. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Prachtig ruim appartement.

. Niet alle appartementen hebben mooi uitzicht op natuur . Appartement A en B hebben gezamenlijk terras . Best veel appartementen gezien de oppervlakte van de agriturismo

we took appartment on the first floor and it wasn't adapted for children because of the stairs. There was not enough exchange about our wellness during our stay by the owners.

Taille des logements et configuration très agréable, position idéale pour visiter siena, firenze, san gimignano, volterra... Vue magnifique, commerces proches, connexion internet parfaite. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et magnifique. Merci

Ajouter un petit plan avec les numéros des appartements sur le site afin de pouvoir mieux choisir son emplacement. Une machine à laver la vaisselle pourrait être un plus.

appartement très grand et confortable avec vue sur jardin et piscine environnement calme et reposant proche de San Giminianno

Pas de connexion internet dans l'appartement mais à l'extérieur dans le jardin ( c'est bien seulement par beau temps )

Vous pouvez acheter sur place le vin et l'huile d'olive de la production familiale. Prenez aussi le temps d'une journée pour aller à pied aux villages voisins et aller manger dans les petites auberges à san appiano, barberino val d'Elsa...

Nos gusto mucho el sitio, el personal es muy amable, buenas vistas, muchos detalles para nuestra comodidad. Nos ayudaron mucho con el alquiler del coche,ya que tuvimos un serio problema en el aeropuesto de roma y la ayuda de los dueños de la casa fue fundamental para que nuestras vacaciones transcurrieran felices. Disfrutad de este maravilloso paraje, desde donde puedes acceder a lugares de interés (Florencia, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, etc), bañaros en la agradable piscina, disfrutar de la casa, el jardín muy bien cuidado y no dudeís en preguntar a Katia cualquier duda que tengais, que amablemente os responderà. 100% recomendable.

Very nice and clean place. Welcoming gifts (wine and oil) Owners are discret Kitchen and bathrooms are well equiped. Room for kids and parents are comfortable.

Animals sometimes very loud in the surroundings (dogs in a few places on the country side.)

Don't miss the restaurant La Bocca Dorsa between Barberino Val d'Elsa 735 and Entrance Poggibonsi. Swimming at the end of the day.

“We were traveling with my 84 year old mother. The people were more than accommodating in making all of us comfortable. We loved the countryside walks and the close distance to good restaurants. ”

Friendly staff - but not hovering - perfect! Close to nice restaurants. She made reservations for us in several country restaurants and in small towns.

I can not think of anything we were not happy with. Anyone would be happy there. It was beautiful.

Don't miss the wonderful restaurant in Sant’ Appiano - The Osteria . We had some of the best food in all of Italy at this restaurant. Very imaginative dishes and antipasti. Great service.

Propreté des lieux, tranquilité, beauté du site, propriétaire acceuillant, l'endroit correspond à la présentation du site internet.

Le seul point négatif est le passage régulier dans l'allée de la propriété, d'un véhicule conduit par une personne agée et ce tous les jours au moins un fois, alors que cette personne pouvait contourner celle-ci par la route longeant la propriété. De plus, cette personne est très antipathique, ne saluant jamais les locataires et passant trop vite à mon sens.

A mi-chemin de Sienne et Florence, pour tous ceux qui veulent visiter la Toscane, je vous recommande cette location et si vous cherchez à être encore plus au calme, loué fin juin et début juillet et vous entendrez chanter les cigales au bord de la piscine.

propreté du logement,calme et beauté de la propriété; jardin magnifique, balançoire pour les enfants; huile d'olive délicieuse faite par les propriétaires.

point très négatif: aucune acoustique, notre appartement était mitoyen avec celui de membres de la famille du propriétaire : réveil en fanfare tous les matins à 6 h !!! jusqu'à ce qu'on arrive à voir la propriétaire et à le lui dire ; ensuite, ce fut parfait !

The apartment was very spacious and had a lot of light. We also liked the fact that we could sit on either side of the apartment.

The people running the Agriturismo were not as friendly as the last agriturismo we booked through you. There was an office at the agriturismo but the staff or owners were rarely due which might be due to the fact that it was queit week and they have we seemed to be the only clients.

It might have been worth checking out the restaurant which was very close to $NomeStruttura.

Very relaxing and peaceful. Apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Pool was beautiful and everywhere was kept very tidy and clean.

Apartment was absolutely wonderful.Lots of room and the kitchen was well-equipped. Peaceful surroundings with a terrific view of Tuscany hillsides

A little hard to find. A sign at the entrance road would be helpful.

My most memorable experience was the morning after I arrived. I walked about 200 meters into the ancient medieval town...started construction about 1150 CE. Several families were living there but the village was almost deserted. The buildings were as they were 800 years ago...rather rundown but still standing. It was early, it was silent and it was foggy. I felt that ancient ghosts were drifting by me in the fog. Very spooky and delightful.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, close to Sienna and other places.

We had some noisy neighbours who woke up early and moved chairs. The walls are not very thick between the rooms.

“Wonderful surroundings with olive trees, vineyards and sunflower fields. Great family swimming pool. Charming little town nearby. Very close to beautiful places for visits etc. Very close to Barberino Val D'elsa.”

Setting, rooms, views, swimming pool, proximity to cultural towns to visit.

Can't think of any.

Don't miss a walk to the almost-ghost town nearby. Barberino is a must for views and food in the evening. A bit further afield but also beautiful is Colle Di Val D'elsa. Visit the lost town of Senifonte and go to Monteriggioni (buy the wine there; it's great).
