De boerderij, gebouwd op een heuvel op 300 meter boven de zeespiegel, is de ideale bestemming voor gasten die op zoek zijn naar een vakantie dicht bij de natuur in de rust van het platteland. Het grote oude landhuis op het landgoed dateert uit het midden van de 19e eeuw en biedt comfortabele, zonnige accommodatie met gemakkelijke toegang tot aangename wandelingen in de natuur in de nabijgelegen traditionele Italiaanse landbouwgrond.

Het huis is omgeven door 1000 m² gazon en een groot, goed uitgerust zwembad (15 x 7 meter) is geopend van mei tot september. Er zijn schommels en spelletjes voor kinderen, tafeltennis, tafelvoetbalsets en banken en tafels onder eeuwenoude eiken. Een barbecue, een wasserette en een overdekte parkeerplaats staan ter beschikking van de gasten.

Er is een manege op 3 km van het huis en tennisbanen op 5 km afstand. Basisartikelen kunnen worden gekocht in het kleine dorpje Pietraviva op ongeveer 500 meter van het landgoed en in de stad Ambra, op 4 km afstand, vindt u een grote verscheidenheid aan winkels.

“Das Haus und die Lage waren sehr schön. Die Aussicht war toll und es wehte oft ein Lüftchen , so dass man es auch im Hochsommer aushalten konnte . Der Pool war auch sehr schön und wurde jeden Tag kontrolliert und gereinigt ! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Die Küche ist etwas klein , aber man konnte sich arrangieren. Das 4. Zimmer ist im Keller (kühl jedoch ohne Fenster mit Aussicht ) . Im Ganzen ist es aber ein tolles Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht und Lage , wo man sich toll erholen und ausspannen kann. Man kann tolle Ausflüge von dort machen !”
