  Very friendly hosts. Lovely pool. Huge breakfast every morning. There are good restaurants (recommend Osteria il Bamboro) fairly nearby but quite a long walk. Lucca town is a short drive.

  We didn’t know that the house is actually on a campsite. This didn’t cause a problem but it means you share the accommodation with a lot of other people.

  The house was larger than it seemed on the photographs and was well stocked with things in the kitchen. The pool was lovely and the very very large breakfast was perfect to make breakfast and lunch.

  The internet unfortunately stopped working but it was not their fault and Andrea kindly gave us a bottle of wine for our troubles. Air conditioning would make a huge difference or I think the house needs more fans as there was only 2 for the whole house. It would be nice to have some small things for cooking like salt and pepper, oil and washing up liquid to save buying for just a few days need. If there was a small breakfast option of just cafe and pastries we would have had it every day - the large was too much for every day.

  Andrea and his family could not be more helpful! We sampled his cooking on the last night, plus their own wine, and both were excellent.

  Free bikes great, condition not so!

  Cycling into Lucca was good along the river path, but cross the bridge part way along.

  The owners are very friendly and they organised a wonderfull night with a diner and life music in the garden. There are bikes available to visit Lucca. I would recommend a stay!

  Andréa a été super, accueillant et au petit soin. L'appartement "Guiseppe" est grand, confortable et bien situé (il faut quand même prendre la voiture pour aller dans Lucca). La piscine est très agréable. Il y a des moustiquaires aux fenêtres.

  Pour se garer à Lucca, choisissez de vous garer dans les petites rues au bord mais en dehors des remparts. On peut trouver à se garer gratuitement

Accueil et échanges particulièrement chaleureux et souriant , grande générosité, conseils avisés en restaurants et vins . Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits locaux de qualité et une remarquable gentillesse et disponibilité de la dame qui le préparait. Organisation d'une soirée dégustation de vins et huile d'Olive superbe . Départ avec un généreux sac offert de tomates et fruits du jardin d'Angelo .

  Pool war sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nette und kompetente Besitzer, Zimmer waren sehr sauber, in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in Lucca, Fahrräder waren vorhanden

  keine individuell einstellbare Klimaanlage, der Boden (Badezimmer) war nach der Reinigung den ganzen Tag nass

  Omlette beim Frühstück probieren.

  A spacious and well equipped apartment in a lovely surrounding. Very helpful and friendly hosts. The beautiful town Lucca is only a few minutes away with car and it has a lot to offer. Close to everything - shopping, restaurants, culture, history, even the sea - in a small and genuine place far away from mass tourism.

  Don't miss Andreas dinner nights, highly recommended! And don't forget to explore the city wall of Lucca.
