La propriété est situé dans ce cadre magnifique qu'est la campagne Toscane, à quelques minutes en voiture de San Miniato. Le site est vraiment charmant et la vue superbe! Nous avons eu un accueil très attentif et très chaleureux de la part de Silvia. Notre appartement avait tout le confort attendu. Merci encore pour ce séjour mémorable!

“Beautiful location and property. Alicia was extremely helpful and the breakfast was lovely.”

The view, the lovely apartment with its period furniture and shuttered windows, the welcome from Alessia, fast response to WhatsApp messages, excellent breakfast, lovely pool (although we did not use it)

A few things that you might give attention to : Only one ring of the kitchen hob was working (we wanted to make tea, but there was no kettle so we needed the hob). This would have been a problem had we been staying longer and wanted to cook. Although a hair dryer was provided, the plug on it did not fit any of the sockets in the apartment! The noise from the pool filtration/drainage system was quite loud and obtrusive and would have made relaxing by the poolside difficult.

“Great and idyllic stay in the country side”

Great and attentive staff. Simple but amazing accommodation. Very cosy and charming in old style and old buildings. Nice pool and a nice recommendations for what to do in the area. Fast assistance with requests. Our daughter was provided a bed to sleep in with no additional cost.

“Felt just like home in the country”

We loved the country location. The staff was extremely friendly. The front gate was very impressive. Directions to get into the property were great.

“Un séjour enchanteur dans un décor de rêve”

Nous avons découvert avec émerveillement le cadre incroyable où se love la propriété. Un paysage toscan de rêve, et une prestation exceptionnelle, avec piscine, chambres de caractère, terrasse sur un coucher de soleil à couper le souffle... merci de faire profiter aux voyageurs de cette expérience reposante et bienfaisante.

Aucun, je pense ! Si ce n'est peut-être que la prestation reste excellente si chaque hôte est respectueux du voisinage (terrasses voisines notamment)

L’emplacement de ce lieu est exceptionnel, magnifique et calme au cœur de la campagne toscane , Les messages très bien faits qui nous sont adressés par wathsapp avant notre arrivée. Bonne literie. L’appartement était propre

3 étages pour accéder à notre appartement sous les toit. Nous regrettions de ne pas avoir de terrasse/balcon mais nous le savions… Très mal équipé pour cuisiner un minimum. , pas de poêle par ex, L’eau de la piscine ne nous semblait pas très claire?! L’accueil que nous supposions chaleureux au regard des wathsapp était finalement très minimaliste Enfin , pas de chance nous concernant avec un frigo qui ne faisait pas de froid et un lavabo de la salle de bain qui était bouché

Des voisins parfois bruyants en rentrant tard ou en partant tôt le matin, , mais ça, on ne peut rien contre les gens irrespectueux des autres !.. un mot de rappel écrit dans le couloir peut-être ? Sinon, rien de négatif concernant le lieu. Tout était parfait.

Belle vue et beau domaine vu de l'extérieur. Personnel à l'accueil et au petit déjeuner très souriant.

Le cadre et l'environnement sont très beaux vus de l'extérieur mais un bon nombre de points négatifs sont à signaler sur le logement et le service rendu aux occupants vacanciers: - Présence insuffisante et absence de conseils de la part de la personne gérant le site - Manque de confort de l'appartement: lit d'appoint inconfortable (ressorts que l’on sent à travers le matelas), vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine insuffisants (1 seule casserole sans couvercle, absence de four, de percolateur, de grille pain), porte de la douche de la salle de bain qui ne s'ouvre pas totalement, saleté dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre (toiles d'araignées), mobilier de terrasse insuffisant (1 table avec 2 chaises pour un appartement de 4 personnes), tuyau d'eau du 3ème étage se déversant sur la terrasse des voisins, appartement bruyant (bruits de chaises et autres meubles déplacés venant de l'étage. - Belle piscine mais encore une fois un manque de transats, parasols à certaines heures de la journée, carrelages cassés en bordure de piscine. - Livre rouge présent dans l’appartement avec différentes adresses de restaurants et grandes surfaces de la région mais rien sur les activités intéressantes à faire dans la région, rien sur la ville de San Miniato, rien sur l'histoire du domaine dans lequel nous nous trouvions. Triste pour une région si réputée que la Toscane! Le plus inquiétant étant un article sur la possibilité de trouver des punaises de lit dans nos matelas et de la possibilité de faire appel au personnel afin de les éliminer. Pas très rassurant pour débuter des vacances qui nous auront coûté 1800€ de location pour 12 nuits. - Je vous passe la fête de famille organisée le jour de notre arrivée et qui a mobilisé la piscine durant tout l'après-midi. - Je vous aurais peut-être épargné certains détails si cette dame nous avait évité de devoir payer un supplément de 40€ pour la piscine pour un couple d'amis qui descendait en vacances dans les Pouilles et ont séjourné 2 nuits dans un agritourisme proche du nôtre. Ils sont venus à la piscine 2 x 1 heure. J'avais prévenu le proprétaire de la présence de nos amis et elle n'a rien signalé concernant une éventuelle surcharge pour la piscine. Rien n'est non plus affiché concernant ce tarif. En espérant que ces remarques puissent aider à améliorer la qualité de ce logement pour les futurs occupants. Meilleures salutations. Eric Rousseaux

“Séjour fantastique”

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement, les paysages splendides environnants, le parking à disposition, le service petit-déjeuner proposé sur place étaient très appréciables. Tout le personnel est extrêmement agréable et soucieux du fait que nous passions un séjour agréable. Nous avons pu bénéficier de très bons conseils que ce soit concernant les restaurants, les spécialités locales ou encore les lieux à visiter aux alentours. Également une très grande réactivité en cas de problème quel qu'il soit. Nous recommandons sans réserve cet agritourisme dans lequel nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans un cadre féérique digne des cartes postales de toscane.

Bellle demeure ancienne, lgrande propriété où les enfants avaient plaisir à partir « en exploration », équipement de cuisine suffisant, mais pas de sel poivre etc comme ailleurs. Piscine agréable. Belle vue.

“Rustige en fijne vakantielocatie.”

Schitterende en zeer rustgevende locatie; vanuit zwembad fantastisch uitzicht over groene vallei. B&B is netjes en zeer geschikt als uitgangsbasis om Toscane te bezoeken. We hadden in eerste instantie geboekt voor vakantieseizoen 2020, wat door C19 niet door kon gaan. De vooruitbetaling werd doorgeschoven naar 2021, of zelfs nog later voor het geval we ons niet veilig voelden. Bij aankomst is dit allemaal zeer correct en netjes afgewikkeld.

Geen negatieve aspecten; we hebben gewoon genoten van een fijne accommodatie. Gezien de locatie (redelijk heuvel-bergachtig) is het handig als je fysiek mobiel en enigszins fit bent.

Très bien placé pour visiter la Toscane! Le site est très beau et permet de se reposer auprès de la piscine dont la vue est magnifique. la route menant au site est assez raide! a éviter l'hiver en pleine neige!!

The garbage should be collected more often. The week we stayed here it has been collected once.

A gift when you arrive, like a bottle of wine, is a warm welcome. A spicereck in the kitchen would be very handy.

Could be a bit noisy as you can hear people moving and talking in other rooms

This is a lovely holiday resort as it is near Florence and Pisa. Great rail links in San Miniato. Beautiful hotel and fantastic pool. Will return.

Emplacement de qualité, assez proche des axes vers Florence pise et Lucques

Appartement pas assez équipe à mon goût, pas de four micro ondes... Appartement assez bruyant, notamment les chaises de l'étage supérieur qui font un bruit terrible Ménage de la salle de bain qui aurait mérité d'être plus soigné...

Globalement bonne expérience grâce à la beauté des lieux, de la piscine, paysage de carte postale... L'appartement bilo avec terrasse n'est par contre pas exceptionnel, mais cest compensé par la qualité des lieux!

“Beautiful location and grounds!”

The surrounding countryside and nearby town are gorgeous, everything Tuscany is known for. The villa, grounds and pool are beautiful. Sylvia is a friendly and helpful host. Having our own dinner on the patio was lovely. The provided breakfast is excellent. Rooms are well kept and nicely decorated.

Top floor apartment was quite hot and felt dark and cramped due to the low ceiling and small windows. The lower floor rooms feel nice and roomy, and stay cooler. Lots of stair climbing. Poor wi fi internet connection.

Make sure and spend some time in the old part of San Miniato, up on the hill! All the modern conveniences are down hill. I'd definitely come back and stay again.

Stunning view and surroundings, great pool, calm, beautiful house in which the holiday apartments are located. Nice helpful staff.

Could be cleaned better. Also the added charges for using a cot, bringing a dog, change of linen are a bit high. No laundry room/washing machine.

If you're thinking about staying here, do it!

la situation géographique de la demeure est exceptionnel, en hauteur dominant la région. C'est une vraie propriété charmante et respirant le confort et le luxe.

L'intérieur etait dans mon cas vraiment un niveau bien en dessous des possibilités de cette propriété. Chambre non lumineuse, viellotte, équipement sommaire, vue sur une cours extérieur n'appartenant pas à la propriété.

Remettre un coup de neuf sur l'intérieur et se revoir la luminosité des pièces.

“Schöne Appartementwohnung in landschaftlich reizvoller toskanischer Landschaft”

Die Wohnungsanlage wird von jungen Leuten (bis 30) betreut. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, gut informiert über die Anlage und die Umgebung. Wichtig waren die Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Die Beschreibung der Anfahrt dürfte noch besser sein. Eine genaue Anschrift für ein Navigationsinstrument fehlte. Der Ort allein war nicht ausreichend.

Der gepflegte Swimmingpool muss extra erwähnt werden. Von dieser Wohnung waren Florenz, Pisa, San Gimignano gut zu erreichen.

Un magnifique endroit en haut d'une colline avec une magnifique vue sur la région. Bien situé entre Florence et Pise (env. 45 mn de route. Tres bon accueil et recommendation sur les choses a voir dans la région

Vriendelijke beheerder. Heerlijk zwembad met panoramisch uitzicht. Vlakbij het plaatsje San Miniato bovenop een bergkam. Zomer 2009 lastminute de ruime bovenverdieping geboekt voor een midweek. Met huurauto (Pisa Airport) in ca. 40 min. in Florence, auto geparkeerd onder het Centraal Station.
