Vrijstaande villa met eigen ingang, ideaal voor 2/4 personen, gelegen langs de muren van Castiglion Fiorentino in Toscane, deze stad staat op een kleine heuvel, omgeven door een betoverend landschap, met uitzicht op de Valdichiana. Het historische centrum is typisch middeleeuws.

Vanaf de karakteristieke stadsmuren betreedt u de entree van het huis, onder een boog door die leidt naar een stenen trap die naar de privétuin leidt. Het huis is verdeeld over twee niveaus en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de vallei.

La Villetta is een ideale plek voor een ontspannen vakantie, zowel voor koppels als gezinnen. Het is mogelijk om fietsen te huren voor excursies in de Toscaanse heuvels, begeleide bezoeken aan kelders en proeverijen van typische producten uit de streek. “El apartamento incluye todo tipo de servicios (lavaplatos, lavadora, además de los habituales. Al llegar encontramos también todo lo necesario para empezar (aceite, azucar, sal, detergente,...) con lo que la instalación fué muy fácil. El sitio es encantador con espacio exterior, una localización excelente y está decorado con gusto. Rosanno es una persona muy amable y sus consejos sobre visitas y restaurantes fueron útiles.”
