Wir sind 1 Woche geblieben und konnten so richtig in Urlaubsstimmung kommen und entspannen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wirklich toll! Und auch der Pool war fantastisch! In der Umgebung gibt es sehr nette Ausflugsziele, sodass es genug zu sehen gibt (wir waren unter anderem in San Gimignano - das Olive Oil Tastig da war super! - und auch einen Tag in Florenz). Der Kontakt mit Sandra war auch sehr nett. Sie war sehr gut erreichbar und wir konnten ihr alle Fragen stellen.

Les environs sont magnifiques. Sandra a été très accueillante et agréable. Merci! Lit confortable.

10 logements dans la résidence donc calme relatif. Pas d’accès internet dans le logement comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Logement vétuste qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement, surtout la salle de bains. Équipement de la cuisine très sommaire.

“Peaceful place, wonderful staff!”

Nice and spaceous apartement. We liked the gas stove. Wonderful pool, never too crowded. The view was spectacular! Nice with an own place to sit outside.

Le personnel : Sandra qui s’occupe de la gestion de la résidence a été adorable avec nous, elle est le gros plus de cet endroit. La piscine : magnifique piscine

Aucun équipement : pas de machine à laver la vaisselle, pas de machine à laver le linge non plus. Avec 3 enfants, c’était l’aspect le plus négatif de la résidence. Pas de ventilateur alors que nous avions 42 degrés, pas d’air la nuit. Notre appartement sous les toits était une étuve irrespirable et nous n’avions pas de petit extérieur direct donnant chez nous. Nous ne captions aucun wifi dans notre logement.

“Noch schöner als erwartet, traumhafter Ausblick, sauberer Pool, Lage genial”

Sandra ist sehr nett, kümmert sich um alles und stand die ganze Zeit für Fragen etc zur Verfügung, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit Kühlschrank, Gasherd und ausreichend Küchenutensilien mehr als ausgestattet. Der Pool war sauber und dadurch dass es kaum Wohnungen auf dem Gelände gibt nie ansatzweise voll. Morgens könnte ich ganz in Ruhe schwimmen mit diesem tollen Ausblick ins Tal. Ich weiß echt nicht was man noch mehr wollen könnte . Die Lage ist super für Tagesausfluge. Man ist schnell in Florenz, san.gimignano oder im Chianti Classico Gebiet Ich habe wirklich keine Ahnung worüber man sich beschweren könnte. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Das einzige was als ich negativ sagen würde ist der Zustand der Straße aber dafür kann der Verwalter wohl nichts und ist für das was man bekommt eigentlich nicht der Rede wert

Terrible conditions of access road from Castello side, I've counted 22 huge holes in the road. I imagine it is not the owner fault, but public service has to be forced to fix it, otherwise there will be serious damage to the car.

“Very tranquil retreat”

The peace and quiet of the location was amazing. The pool was excellent and the warmth of the welcome was excellent

We expected to be in the grounds of the castle! We learned that it was 3 km away and was closed all the time we were there even though it should have been open!! Very disappointing! The mattress was very old and hard.

La vue magnifique depuis le bâtiment, la piscine agréable et la gentillesse de Sandra.

Le logement est difficile d'accès (un escalier en mauvais état pour accéder à l'appartement n'est malheureusement pas montré sur les photos) et pas très sécurisé pour y séjourner avec un enfant en bas âge. La propreté de la cuisine n'était pas optimale, les locataires précédents n'ayant visiblement pas lavé la vaisselle correctement avant de la ranger ni le plan de travail...

“A great place to relax”

During our stay (7 days)Sandra was a great Host/Manager and really accomodated our needs (mine and my three yr old daughter).Both she and her mum really made a big effort to make my daughter feel comfortable and feel at home while we were there. After a freak storm damaged our apartment,Sandra caring attitude made the remaider of our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The view, pool,quiteness and location makes it a good place to simply relax and use as a base to get to some lovely nearby towns.

A minor point, the internet connection at times was slow.

Wifi médiocre, une nuit il y a eu une tempête et l'eau a coulé de partout dans toutes les pièces du logement, on a du tous se réfugier dans la même pièce et mettre les matelas par terre, le toit est sans doute pas bien entretenu.

“Descubrir la Toscana en plena naturaleza”

Piscina imprescindible en verano en la Toscana. Céntrico si quieres ver los más importante de la Toscana. Acogida y amabilidad. Sandra es una anfitriona 10. Tranquilidad y descanso. No tiene TV… esto es positivo…

Cuidado con los mosquitos, estás en el campo. No hay microondas. Cuidado con Google maps.net que rara llevar por donde no se puede ir.

“Espacio con Encanto”

• El camino que va desde el cruce a Montespertoli 1189 es bucólico y precioso, aunque estrecho. Campos de girasoles y de viñedos nos endulzaban la vista mientras subíamos la colina cada día. • El apartamento vintage estaba muy limpio, ropa de cama y toallas impolutas. La cocina muy pequeña era estilo antiguo, con la pica de mármol, reposaplatos de madera, cortinitas separadoras. Los utensilios de cocina suficientes para una familia de 4 personas, pedimos que nos trajeran una tostadora y no hubo problema. Lo que si fue un pelín justo fue la nevera, muy pequeña (para fin de semana ideal, pero para 2 semanas... se me quedó pequeña y más en verano). Además, el pequeño congelador hacía demasiado hielo y no podía poner nada en él. • Las dependencias comunes, piscina, espacios con meses y sillas, hamacas, zona basuras (bien apartada y diferenciada)... muy bien cuidado y limpio. • Agradecí que al entrar en el apartamento me encontrara, un mínimo de jabón para lavar los platos, mínimo de papel de water, mínimo de trapos de cocina, azúcar, sal, café... no suele ser habitual. • El trato personalizado de Sandra y de Agostino. Nos hicieron la estancia mucho más cómoda y confortable.

• Nos costó un poco localizar el residence (las carreteras en Italia son tremendas... y muy mal señalizadas). Una vez localizado el castillo nos indicaron para ir al residence (en medio de Montespertoli, Castelfiorentino y Certaldo). Imposible llegar sin google maps. • Si bien es verdad que hay mesas y sillas en la zona ajardinada, me hubiera gustado tenerlas al lado del apartamento para poder disfrutar más de esta zona al aire libre. • En la reserva de Book4Tourist no era correcta. Ponía que tendríamos lavadora, y en cambio en la reserva final que nos envió Sandra no ponía nada. Al llegar no encontramos que no había, pero Sandra no indicó donde para lavar la ropa en Castellfiorentino. Fue una experiencia para la familia, era la primera vez, pusimos 2 lavadoras con toda la ropa de 1 semana (11 euros) y la tendimos en la Residence San Romano. En 2 horas teníamos toda la ropa limpia y seca!

Montespertoli 1189 cumplió con lo que esperábamos: queríamos una vacaciones para desconectar, con cuidadas dependencias y trato personalizado. Y esto fue lo que tuvimos. Somos una familia de 4 (2 niños de 7 y 13 años) de Barcelona que hemos estado 15 días en un ambiente bucólico y de relax que ha ayudado a desconectar de internet, bullicio, prisas, ciudad… Agradecer a la encantadora Sandra y su marido Agostino trato personalizado que nos ofrecieron. En la Toscana no os olvidéis Google Maps para llegar a los sitios, las carreteras son tremendas y mal señalizadas. Un consejo: En las gasolineras hay la cola de autoservicio y la cola del operario que te pone la gasolina que suele ir con un incremento de precio 0,15 euros / litro de gasolina. No os equivoquéis!

- nous avons adoré la situation, notre location offrait une magnifique vue ouverture sur les collines de vignes et d'oliviers, top ! - piscine à deux pas de la location. - grande disponibilité et très bons conseils de Sandra (merci encore). - le calme de la localisation, la toscane selon moi ça doit être ça, une jolie maison ancienne en haut d'une colline et d'un chemin de poussière blanche ;-)

- pas forcément un point négatif mais pour la précision, la location n'a rien à voir avec le château finalement, il se trouve sur la colline d'en face.

- si vous aimez courir et si vous n'avez pas peur des montées, pensez à prendre vos baskets. - super petit resto à Certaldo (Antica fonte), inutile de prendre le funiculaire, c'est juste 5 minutes de marche pour arriver en haut.

Nous nous sentions comme à la maison. A part, trouver l'endroit, ce fût un très beau séjour.

Très difficile à localiser sans GPS.

Les indications données et celles qui sont indiquées sur la route ne sont pas très évidentes. A moins que vous tombiez dessus toute suite, alors c'est facile. Sinon, on tourne en rond longtemps. Alors, pour ceux et celles qui compte y aller, suivez plutôt les indications pour Oliveto, que celles pour le Château, car il n'est pas très visible à cause de la végétation et l'indication pour le Château est à une seule place sur une petite route aussi cachée par la végétation.

Tous très bien , le cadre, la piscine, le logement, les visites à faire, la météo, l'accueil

serait peut être le manque d'un lave-vaiselle sinon c'est d'avoir envie d'y revenir très vite

“Great location and facilities, Sandra was an amazing host”

Excellent accommodation with pool in country setting. Easy access to surrounding areas and nearby restaurants. Enjoyed hiking and running the rural roads and relaxing on patio in evenings. If you are there in July try to coincide with the medieval festival in Certaldo 10 min away - a major highlight. Fresh lettuce and herbs from the garden, fresh eggs for breakfast - fabulous! Highly recommend do it yourself alfresco dining on the patio in the evenings.

A car is a necessity. Great views from the patio of an osteria on the road to Montespertoli. Close to all the usual tourist sites but don't miss Certaldo - worth a visit even if no festival. Sandra advised us re the medieval festival there and that was a real highlight event. Also ask Sandra for a tour of the castello. The supermarkets nearby are excellent.

“Lovely place to stay.”

Seemingly in the middle of nowhere amongst olive trees and vineyards, yet only 15 minutes drive to the nearest town and supermarkets. Less than an hour to Pisa, Florence and Siena. Great apartment, with lovely views. Excellent pool, nice open areas with loungers and tables, and even a BBQ. Highly recommended.

Only issue would be the steep, twisty, 1.9Km dirt track you have to drive to get to the place. If you're in a hire car make sure you have covered your excess!

Falta acceso a Internet

Planea bien las comidas en los lugares que visites. Los lugares para cenar esta retirados, pero siempre es reconfortante poder comprar algunos jamones, quesos, pan y pasta y hacer tu propia cena en el departamento.

“An amazing find!”

After looking at about 100 different choices to stay for a week in Tuscany, we chose $NomeStruttura based largely on the internet description. It met or exceeded our expectations in every regard. Staff was friendly, price was exceptional for the value, countryside was gorgeous, apartment was beautiful.

None.

Each little town is more interesting than the next and a great break from the larger cities (Firenze, Pisa). Dining was amazing, of course - be sure to check out Casa Masi in Mura and Il Focolare in San Vivaldo. Also, take the $NomeStruttura castle tour/wine tasting and check out a neat little winery named Villa Pillo.

“Un havre de paix au coeur des grands sites touristiques de la Toscane”

Endroit très calme, perdu dans les vignes les oliviers et les ciprès de la campagne toscane. Accueil très chaleureux a Castelfiorentino 1189 Décoration intérieure simple et de bon gout.

Route d'accès caillouteuse et poussiéreuse. Le tennis et la piscine du château montrés en photo sur le site internet sont désafectés, mais la piscine près des appartements est conforme aux photos.

Commentaar van de Eigenaar La piscine prés du château est désafectée parce que nous n'avons plus des appartements à louer au château, mais on peut utiliser le tennis. La route pour aller aux appartements n'appartient pas à la ferme (c'est municipal). De toute manière, l'hébergement se trouve complétement dans la campagne, où nous avons nos vignobles et oliveraies. Là bas, la route et un peu caillouteuse et poussiéreuse, mais...c'est la véritable Toscane! Valentina - Reception manager

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the friendly staff. The apartment was large and beautifully appointed. The surroundin counrtyside was as perfect as we imagined.

We had an ant problem that seemed to come from the ajoining apartment. There was a trail of ants from the door at the top of our stairs every day even though we sprayed them every day and every night.

Don't miss a tour of Castello Verranzzano and experience "It's Magic," their wine tour and dinner. Also, in Certaldo there is a charming bar that has the most amazing pastries and coffee. The owner and his small staff made us feel like regulars after our second visit.
