Dit is een biologische boerderij die lokale delicatessen produceert zoals: extra vergine olijfolie, kastanjemeel, heerlijke honingsoorten zoals acacia, kastanje, eikenhoningdauw, wilde bloemen en bramen.

De fokkerij concentreert zich op de prestigieuze Cinta Senese (Sienese Belted Pig - een verscheidenheid aan zadelrug), Calvana-runderen en Quarter Horses - de paarden van cowboys.

De boerderij werd rond het einde van de jaren 90 geboren, met 6 onafhankelijke appartementen ingericht in Toscaanse stijl, zwembad, boerderijrestaurant, direct verkooppunt en proefruimte.

We zijn verbonden met de tradities van het gebied, met echt voedsel en met goed gezelschap.

“Authentische und natürlich Unterkunft - Man sieht das hier viel Liebe in kleine Details gefloßen ist. Auch für unseren 11 Monate alten Sohn, war alles nötige vorhanden - Babybett und Babystuhl. Die Gastgeber waren überaus zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich, haben sich Zeit für unsere Fragen und den ein oder anderen kurzen Plausch genommen - und sprechen sehr gutes Englisch. Die Unterkunft bietet auch hervoragende Spezialitäten die man im hauseigenen Tante-Ema-Laden erstehen kann. An Tieren waren 4 Pferde, 3 Katzen, 1 Hund vor Ort - Allesamt recht freundliche Zeitgenoßen, Sorgen beim Streicheln braucht man hier nicht haben. Die Umgebung war idylisch und ruhig, um 20:00 spielt die Kirchenuhr im Tal eine wunderbare Melodie. Nachts findet man Ruhe und Erholung.”
