De MALVAROSA trullo, voor 5 personen, is de nieuwste toevoeging aan de huizen in Eutopia. Het resultaat van een vakkundige renovatie en uitbreiding van een oude 18e-eeuwse trullo die alle oude constructiekenmerken heeft behouden en tegelijkertijd moderne technologieën gebruikt om het woonplezier op het platteland te vergroten. De inductiekookplaten, het minizwembad met hydromassage, de vloerverwarming met open haard, de warmtepomp en de airconditioning voor de zomer zorgen voor een comfortabel verblijf in alle seizoenen. Het huis bestaat uit een woonkamer met fauteuils en een bank; een keuken met twee koelkasten, elektrische oven, inductiekookplaten, vaatwasser; twee grote slaapkamers: een met een tweepersoonsbed en de andere met 3 eenpersoonsbedden; twee badkamers, een met wasmachine. Extern heeft de structuur twee douches, een mini-zwembad met hydromassage beschermd door stenen muren en, in het koude seizoen, door een telescopische afdekking, een patio met een stenen tafel, een barbecue gebouwd met de droge stenen muurtechniek. Malvarosa heeft een eigen ingang vanaf de straat en toegang tot exclusieve diensten ondanks dat het zich op hetzelfde terrein van 3 hectare bevindt als de andere wooneenheden in Eutopia, waar een overloopzwembad van 10 x 4 meter wordt gedeeld met de andere gasten.
