“Wunderbare Aussicht, sehr nette Eigentümer”

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, wunderbares Haus mitten im Grünen, schöner Pool und absolute Ruhe. Wir hatten das Anwesen ganz für uns allleine.

Lästig waren nur die vielen Bremsen beim Pool.

“Très bel endroit avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la campagne toscane”

Belle vue Beau terrain qui entoure une grande piscine profonde très agréable Appartement spacieux et bien équipé

Petit bémol pour la terrasse où un parasol supplémentaire serait le bienvenu pour se protéger du soleil pendant les repas Une lumière supplémentaire serait sympa aussi. Sinon tout est très bien.

Beautiful site, charming property

The interior of the kitchen and living room was very basic, and in contrast to the bedrooms and exterior. Also plates, crockery etc was very basic.

Cadre enchanteur, piscine, hôtes sympathiques et serviables.

Commodités moyennes, problème d'odeur d'égout très prononcée et désagréable dans la salle de bain, douches pas très hygiéniques, absence totale de personnel pendant la nuit et le matin donc personne pour les urgences comme la panne d'électricité au petit matin. Ce qui veut dire aussi personne si urgence médicale.

Cadre enchanteur, calme, romantique mais ne perdez pas de vue qu'il s'agit d'une vieille structure et d'un lieu isolé sans personnel sur place la nuit.

Commentaar van de Eigenaar Buongiorno Sig.jocrelyn. Sono spiacente se non vi siete trovati bene ma noi abbiamo cercato di fare il possibile per soddisfare i vostri desideri. Siete arrivati e avete voluto un altro appartamento ( quercia ) che al momento era libero. Non vi è stato negato. Il giorno dopo mi avete chiesto nuova biancheria per un problema di diarrea e questa la potevi trovare benissimo nell'armadio. Noi la lasciamo di scorta in tutte le nostre camere. Dopo ho notato che avete sporcato lenzuola, asciugamani e anche il materasso e non vi è stato chiesto niente. Forse il puzzo di fogna lo avete provocato voi stessi. In quanto alla corrente elettrica c'è stato un problema ma era già risolto la mattina alle 8,30. Per questo alcuni degli altri ospiti non se ne sono neanche accorti. In quanto alla notte noi non abitiamo in loco, ma per situazioni gravi ci sono anche i numeri di emergenza.

“Bien situado y localizacion con encanto”

Bonita localizacion. Buena relacion calidad-precio. Buen trato con los dueños. Bastante bien situado para conocer la Toscana y para tener una localidad cercana en la que comprar en el supermercado productos locales y con restaurantes (Castelnuovo Berardenga).

La calefaccion era con pago a parte. 2 km de camino de tierra desde la carrtera local hasta el establecimiento. La persona encargada de la granja solo habla italiano y no es posible la integracion en las labores del campo.

Le jardin et la piscine sont un lieu propice à la détente et sérénité. La vue sur la campagne Toscane est très agréable. Domaine très calme et clients le respectant. les propriétaires sont très discrets.

Peu de point négatif, le ventilateur mériterait d être changé car il fait beaucoup de bruit!

Le domaine permet de visiter les hauts lieux: Sienne, Florence... Ne manquez pas : Il Valdambrino à Ambra. Nous y avons mange les meilleures pizzas et le proprio est adorable!

la beauté du site ; le calme ; l'accueil des propriétaires ; l'excellent repas "maison" offert, avec les produits de la ferme ; la proximité de l'autoroute qui permet d'accéder en moins d'une heure à de nombreux sites touristiques, aussi bien Sienne (20mn) et Florence (50mn) que des villages.

l'accès (2 km d'un chemin très très accidenté et pentu : attention aux voitures trop basses ou trop lourdes...)

“Wonderful Setting”

A quiet, peaceful place set on top of a hill with commanding views of Tuscany. We had a great time at a very fair price. Orietta and Mario are nice people - they even tried to help me fix my broken GPS unit. Location is about 10 minutes north of the Siena-Bettole highway , about 30 minutes east of Siena. Some restaurants and stores are located in Castlenouvo Bernadenga, about 15 minutes away. The Ulivo apartment is very nice, perhaps being reconstructed in the last 5 or 10 years. I would not call it luxurious, but it has all the basics while still retaining the ambiance of an old farmhouse.

They don't speak English, but that's not their problem. Best to learn a bit of Italian.

Fantastyczna baza wypadowa, bardzo wygodny dom dla zorganizowanej grupy przyjaciół. Cisza i sielski nastrój wokół i mnóstwo ciekawych miejsc w zasięgu 1-3 godzin samochodem.

Nie jedź, jeśli jesteś typem lenia hotelowego. Poczytaj sobie wcześniej coś o Toskanii /np. "Przewodnik subiektywny po Toskanii" Anny Goławskiej. Bądź wyluzowany. Restauracja na rozstaju dróg w Colona del Grillo godna uznania - b.smacznie i cenowo w sam raz.

le site lui-même. Une ancienne anerie aménagée en gîtes. Les gérants sont des gens super accueillants. Ils organisent le mardi soir avec les gens des gîtes une soirée dégustation de vins toscans et ils vous font un super buffet antipasti avec leur propre production de jambon de Cinta Senese (les cochons circulent en liberté sur le site, c'est génial!)

un peu loin du premier commerce (compter 10 km pour trouver du pain...)

profitez-en tant que les prix sont attractifs ça ne durera pas...
