De boerderij, ooit een oude uitkijktoren dankzij de panoramische ligging, kijkt uit over een groot groen gazon vol olijfbomen en een prachtig zwembad (12x6m) waar u kunt genieten van een van de meest opvallende uitzichten van de omgeving.

Het is met zorg gerenoveerd met behoud van de typische kenmerken van de Toscaanse boerderijen met vloeren in terracotta tegels, stenen en balkenplafond. Het pand is in zijn oude glorie hersteld in perfecte harmonie tussen de Toscaanse landelijke omgeving en de elegantie en nauwkeurigheid van meubels. Het is een charmante plek die zijn gasten een onvergetelijke vakantie kan bezorgen in een uniek en onveranderlijk landschap.

Het is een door een familie gerund vakantieboerderijcentrum en biedt een warme en comfortabele sfeer met alle gemakken die moeilijk te vinden zijn in vergelijkbare faciliteiten. Zowel het interieur als het exterieur van het gebouw zijn zeer nauwkeurig afgewerkt, tot in elk detail goed afgewerkt. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van open haard of houtkachel.

De ideale ligging maakt het voor onze gasten gemakkelijk om in korte tijd steden als Florence, Arezzo en Siena, rijk aan kunst en tradities, te bereiken. Ze kunnen de Chianti-heuvels bezoeken met hun dorpen en kastelen, de talrijke wijnkelders waar ze de beste Chianti-wijnen op de markt kunnen proeven.

“Selecting a villa was a difficult process because you have limited photos and there are just so many places out there. But I really lucked out when I found this place! Photos do not do justice to the lovely villa and its surroundings. We were greeted with open arms by the owners upon arrival and they really did everything to make us feel at home. Honestly, the accommodations and size of the villa was much bigger than expected. Location wise, it is located fairly close to the main highways (about a 15 min drive) and close enough to Firenze. The owners know a great deal of local spots to dine and can give you directions to just about anywhere in Italy! The town of Pian Di Sco is very quaint and the local people are also extremely friendly. This is really is a special place. Our group can't wait to make the trip again. Ps. A memorable setting to have a wedding. We were lucky to have this experience at such a special villa. ”
