Boerderij in het hart van Toscane, op 3 km van Montepulciano , met zwembad en panoramisch uitzicht . Biologisch landbouwbedrijf dat wijn, olie en witte truffels produceert.

De boerderij omvat een villa, een huis, twee kamers en twee appartementen, voor in totaal zes accommodaties. Elegant ingericht en uitgerust met airconditioning, tv, koffiezetapparaat en een eigen badkamer met gratis toiletartikelen. In elke kamer kunt u thee, koffie en dranken op melkbasis bereiden.

Ter plaatse heeft u ook de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van de barbecuefaciliteiten in de tuin en om zelfgemaakte producten te proeven en te kopen.

Tegenover de wijngaard vinden we het zwembad van 16 bij 6 meter lang en het ronde zwembad, met een diameter van 4 meter, uitgerust met een hydromassage .

Vanaf onze boerderij kunt u de meest interessante plaatsen in de omgeving bereiken: Montepulciano, Monticchiello en Pienza . Op slechts 25 minuten afstand vindt u de spa's Bagni San Filippo en Bagno Vignoni . Nog dichterbij San Quirico en zie de prachtige en verlaten Vitaleta-kapel.

De eigenaren zijn altijd beschikbaar voor advies over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants.

Het bedrijf produceert Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Rosso di Montepulciano, extra vierge olijfolie en witte truffels , allemaal biologisch en van hoge kwaliteit. De panoramische ligging en het gunstige microklimaat dragen bij aan de kwaliteit van de producten. De wijnen rijpen in Franse eikenhouten vaten in de oude kelder.
