Positie : het vakantiehuis, uitgebreid en fijn gerestaureerd, ligt op slechts 30 km van Florence, volledig geïsoleerd en midden in de natuur met een prachtig uitzicht over een groot deel van de Chianti.

Beschrijving: voormalige middeleeuwse toren van 1200, het hoofdgebouw is aangepast om het huidige uiterlijk van een boerderij te krijgen.

Samenstelling: het vakantiehuis bestaat uit 4 onafhankelijke appartementen van ongeveer 45 vierkante meter fijn ingericht, en het prachtige zwembad.

Voorzieningen: levering van keuken-, bed- en badlinnen (wekelijkse wissel), verwarming (van 01 november tot 30 april), wasmachine voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik, babybed (op aanvraag tegen betaling), parking, buitenverlichting, barbecue, zwembad (8 mx 12 m) in een ontspanningsruimte uitgerust met ligstoelen en ligstoelen (geopend van 1 mei tot 30 september).

Park: het vakantiehuis is omgeven door een groot park van 33 hectare, bestaande uit olijfgaarden, dennen-, dennen- en kastanjebomen, waar u tijdens uw wandelingen herten, wilde zwijnen en hazen kunt tegenkomen.
